so solid & stagnant
over these
lethargic eyelids
these days...
a gripping swell..
in aching increments
a sleepless spell
in maundering
desperations... of
a solace
in at least an
entwined moment
of a blink ...
where, the
natural~ illumine bituminous
kohl~ contours.. & the sturdy
oaring keratinously~ singled out
svelte lashes...
revel divine
in an interlocking
rendezvous. tucking in them
little dreams & little deaths
flashing at once..
until the 'tear'ing down
rainfall logs in more & more
to those sophisticated acts
of an orthodoxical squeegeeing
in vain .. yes!! let it let loose
as irreversibly freeversing
rain rain & rain,
to fall
unto (y)our eyes
in an awaken
in flutter~ butterflies
of a touching presence, an
absent 'tense'
feeding soul~ staple
of our harvest~ hearts
in a ful(l)filling feel
l o v e

sometimes you find the greatest ease
the quiet, the reflection
that just right, emotional breeze
as you take precious time
to be alone
to contemplate each bump and bruise
that life has been "so very kind" to have shown

La Mort du Roi Dada Neptuna
it seems we must have
missed the news.
Or, perhaps it was clothed in the garb of
obscurity.
King'dada Neptuna
has not been seen
on the coast,
where he was oft visioned
everyday,
crashing waves,
bucking currents,
in all tides. in all weathers, diving, running the sands,
with diminutive canine-angel, Alice,
making the "best" of the dadaKing's
late-life loneliness years,........
(making fruitless attempts to find a femme to be with sometimes).
There EveryDay.
For years at a time.
Now, he's gone. We never noticed his gone'ess,
It's been long'about
four years now.
There's rumor that he died
not too long after the death of his Daughter in '18 (July 4th).
(Surely, he must have passed away by now).
A broken image of some likeness of him
has been seen briefly twice or thrice, ankle-deep in the Atlantic,
just gazing out to sea,
(but so infrequently and briefly that perhaps it was a left'over
ghost of his wishful thoughts for a "way of life" so far gone in so many
ways. )
Where'ever he's gone after all these years, may he R.I.P.~~~~~~~~~
