I looked for that on Netflix recently, Daisy. Hopefully with enough requests they'll air it. It's on Prime, but you have to start a showtime membership trial. Or you can purchase it for 6.99.

Personally I think either one is worth it, and I'll probably end up purchasing it this weekend. Need to get through this week first.

Anne Stevenson, Poet and Plath Biographer, Is Dead at 87

Her poetry was acclaimed, but her take on her more famous contemporary caused controversy.

One to consider in the next Classic Corner poll, in hopes of discovering more of who she is behind the cloud of controversy.

Gosh, I hadn't heard nor thought of her in YEARS! I am sorry to say that and to hear of her passing. 😒

I'll have to look her up and give her a read.

I love her poetry...like many of the female poets that hung out with the "Beats", her work was always left in the shadows of the men. If you want to read some hot porn...try her "autobiographical" novella.

Ha! A 70's Fifty Shades of Grey!

I actually just added her name to the list for December's CCC poll, Harry. Thanks!
