Ok so I’ll change the “must” be used to “should” be used , and that should cover how much wisdom should have been used but wasn’t , in the burning challenge , hence bringing about the same consequence, regardless , and giving more leeway to choose to use the wisdom as opposed to having it be a requirement .

when you change must to should it changes the whole dynamics of everything. guy above you said democracy needs balance. all it really needs is a majority. so imbalance might be more precise. ( like what happened with the black and white stones where democracy came from.)
however, even 'should' might lean a wee bit authoritarian in the grand scheme of things. that's to say 'should' according to who? that's not how freedom works haha. tolerance is a major factor. Gump himself was a most tolerant of characters.
anyhow, I KNOW our points of view are poles apart on this subject. but I can live with that. Terroristic threats are illegal...beyond that all speech is free....censorship of any other speech is evil and pushed only by cowards afraid of words or political tyrants engaged in mental slavery...the U.S. is the ONLY place in the solar system where that right is protected by law..the first thing authoritarian states do is remove free speech, press and suffrage..nothing else to state...anyone wanting to suppress my speech of any kind can drop dead walking....period
