Here's the poem: RUBY THE NIGHTWALKER.
The sky was ablaze in Kamikaze glaze
In a various array of cosmic hues & shades,
She was sipping sparkling champagne
Emeralds, rubies, & pearls popping from
Her earrings
Diamonds dripping from her neck,
Crystal silk adoring that dusky silhouette
Voice as sweet as Pop Rocks,
Woman of the Hour
Have you watching the clock
Sporadic, volatile, unpredictable
Catch a glimpse, can’t resist-
Zirconia Paparazzi,
The Heaven Temptress,
Her name is Ruby;
The Angel’s one night stand,
A common girl loved on demand
Gone by the dust of Dawn,
Perfume peppering the air
A misty memory to warm the naked trees
Of yesteryear.
