Love Me Dead (Inspired by LUDO’s Love Me Dead)
Love me until my bones are dry
And dead. Drink me ever so slowly
Until there is nothing left. You try
To be anything but holy and animalistic
If we are ever going to make it to
The afterlife. You are everything ballistic,
Psycho and crazy. You know I love you
Because you are far from normal and
Stable. Your blood runs blue from
Sucking it all up. I can no longer stand
When you wear me down. You are some
Kind of strange creature that follows me to bed
In your coffin. Your edges soften like a flower.
You are going to love me until we are both dead
Because we both have that kind of power.
You know just the right way to hold me
When the world is coming to an end.
You come alive in the moonlight from the tree.
Both God and the devil has found a way to send
You to me for more than an eternity.
There is always that sign that says to love me dead
And beyond. We find our way to insanity.
The words on our gravestones are left unsaid.

So as the rain falls muting soft our screams
The terror of our thunder's haunting dreams
You give to me the life of seizing brain
That quivers tight from clutch of strangled veins
Aaarrrggghhhh...
I cannot live without your death in me
From night sweats colder than the murdered sea
It never is enough to satisfy
And never will for all eternity
Your flesh, your heaving organs in the rain
That I will soon devour with my pain
Aaarrrggghhhh...
But do not take away from what I feel
It isn't there for you to know or steal
This is a stormy night that will surround
Of what we've lost of love, this bitter sound

Laundry Girl
she has apple eyes
And rag doll thighs
That have been tied in knots

I share my cigarettes outside with her
It gives her chance to unload their covers
She tells me everybody's load has a story
Three months ago
That old man did laundry for two

Lost his partner to cancer
Who lived the life of a forgotten son

is a foster care pimp
12 loads for six kids
She does rescue work too
Saves dogs and kittens
Just call her Noah
We sip coffee from my cup together

She finds treasures left in the machine
