The cumuppance.............

This is my mobile rape van
To be fair it was all going to plan
I was driving around, all was chill
When she got in went all downhill

She looked so weak and broken
I pulled over and no words were spoken
I opened the door she climbed in
My sick mind registered this is an easy win

We drove for a time in silence
Then sudden erupts of violence
Shapeshifting before my eyes
Werewolf, what! No surprise

Bored of tired vampire clichés
Meeting their hypnotic gaze
Fuck you werewolf you gave me a fright
I guess I’m just getting eaten tonight

Miss wolf I deserve to be your dinner
Me the dirty rapist sinner
Predator becomes the prey this time
Can I complete one more rhyme?

Please don’t kill me I repent
My evil ways are all so spent
Please don’t rip my throat, gargle, breath
Rip, rend, tear, violent death.

Comfort

When peace is the only goal
forever goal rarely found
phantom relic of past times
the dark appeals to the soul
longing to escape the pain
comfort sought near at hand
no matter what is left behind
the forward motion only counts
beyond the realm of discontent
subdued anger set free to roam
where strife is the currency
with nothing gained in the end
everything put to the test
dust to mouth, ash to hold
joyful hope has left the land
emotions left fell the heart
in cemeteries of dreams lost
optimism drowned by doubt
escape is the only way
away from sun of the lies
to the darkness of the night
or to the comfort of the grave.

OMG. I AM SO SHOCKED. Thank you. I literally wrote that straight out onto the page, perhaps off the cuff is a good way for me to write. This is some lovely news to hear
