YOU'VE BEEN HACKED

poet Anonymous

Poetry Contest

You are the victim of hacking.  Plaese write a poem about how you feel about it. You can write as theone who was hacked or as the hackee.  Be honest.
Hacking is a serious problem in the cyber world.  It can cause much consternation to the one who was hacked and to the one who had
a hacked message sent to them.

One poem per poet maximum.
No collaborations.
Good Luck.

Thanks in advance for entering.  I will be very fair in choosing an honest winner.

~A SAMPLE POEM~

“You’ve Been Hacked”

There’s subterfuge below us,
chicanery’s above,
it’s imbedded deep
in the network,
such nasty-conspiracies
floating
around in here.
So go ahead,
take your chances
innocent-one,
and reboot,
it might do the trick,
fix your glitchy-problem.
Oh you hacker!!!
We know
you’re a bit sick,
don’t want to get married,
just wanna get blatantly nasty,
attack those sweet-ladies with
rudeness,
crudeness,
lewd
and lascivious comments,
making them wanna vomit.
FYI, for what’s worth,
there’s a technologist on it.
I’m told once
he figures this out,
who the wacker is,
he’s gonna delete them,
but only after he twists
his scrawny little neck,
fucking infection!

INFECTED

Four laptops

Xp
Vista
Windows 7
Windows 8

Lie around the house

In various stages of decay

Only the Vista

Can I bring back to life

Telling my tale

Of computer strife

Having worked with computers

For so long

I am the hackee so many times

Feeling fucked over

Every time I pay

For another computer

The hacker will slay

Fuck you hackers

You are ruining my work

Taking time to get these things fixed

Has been out of my pocket

What do you think you will find

On my Xp

State secrets - no

Communication mostly

Brought the Toshiba

To the local computer shop

Told me it was completely infested

By viruses, hardware did not rot

I used to like computers

For work, art and poetry

Now I pay a ransom

For owning my little pc!

Surprised Hacker

I noticed something strange
On my computer,
Things were out of place,
I accessed my email
And that's when I knew,
I've been screwed,
Didn't feel good,
Sneaky snake seen everything
I have,
Credit cards, bank accounts,
Personal information,
Including my delicates,
Pictures of family, loved ones
Oh he seen my nakedness,
Will he be sly and try it again
Will there be others
How do I stay safe,
What good are passwords
And secret codes,
Can hacking be stopped

Hacking Could Be Fun If…

I’ve been hacked
so many times
but never been beaten;
Frustrated, yes—
due to downtimes
can’t finish my work on time,
so I decided to turn on a dime.
Michaelangelo
and the Trojan Horse
gave me the worst nightmare,
until I replicated them,
and sent them back
to their rightful owners.
Hacking could be fun
when intentions are good;
but could easily
ran out of
control.
When someone’s ego
is overrun
by moral
turpitude,
cyber-wars could easily
go out of hand…
add greed
to the mix
and identity thieves
would be lurking
at your monitors
and logging
every keystrokes
you make.
So beware,
you could be
the next
victim!

INCORRECT
ALL SAVED DATA
IS GONE
YOUR HARD WORK
IS NO MORE
ALL THERE IS
IS PIXELS WHERE
YOUR WORDS USED TO BE
WHERE YOUR PICTURES USED TO BE
WHERE YOUR FRIENDS USED TO BE

NOTHING

I AM YOUR GOD NOW
I AM IN CONTROL

Then my laptop
My baby that I have slaved over
For months
Overheats, burns the bed where it rests
And now there is nothing.
I've been cyberly molested
By the cruel fate of keyboard whores.

I'm nothing now.

"I grabbed the Portable notepad ....."

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=11yBPx-ymZA

As I left the door.  Not noticing the strange flash
of the infamous smiley face killer blink across the
screens core.

Then the cell phone in my pocket rang as I was getting
into the car.  The voice on the other end said "Extreme
Network Training Mode Active..."Suddenly all my locks on
my car automatically flipped down.

And my car became an autopilot driver-less vessel.  And
on the on-star a robotic voice began to speak.

You are being apprehended by the Legion's of Unworld's
Cybermalitia.  We our testing our latest technology and
you our are guinea pig for this unusual mission.  As you'll see.

Suddenly I felt a toxic gas poor out of the ac unit.
And I felt very queasy then fainted.  When I awoke I was
in this strange lair of circuitry walls and wires.

I heard a booming voice from above that said "You have 24 hours
to escape our maze of traps.  Or you will be literally extinguished with horrific viral like fires!!"

I yelled "Why do you think I deserve such a fate a fates?"

They replied "Hacker's of this level don't always give reason...
for such a magnitude of hacking within these states!!"

Let's Play Snap.

Breaking through my encryption
invading my cerebral connotations
dripping your slimy paws uninvited
over my privacy
and short circuiting my defenses

makes my skin crawl to know
that YOU
are browsing through my draws
fingering my personal possessions
with your invasion

bleeding your intentions into my device
corrupting the soul of my secrecy
bending waves of electric truth
just to fill it with your tedious lies
you impostor with many faces

how about I do the same with your mind?
hack it and fuck around for a while
play some tricks
cross some wires and blow some fuses
lets see how you like it

Please read before:  I am a software dev, and I hack.  You hack.  Everyone hacks, be it by turning on a computer or lighting a fire.  Hacking is just "Using technology to overcome barriers".  Hollywood has corrupted the word Hack, transformed it into evil.  Don't believe them.

Gone:

I'm done.
It has happened.
They have turned.
My life, my poor, now uncontrolled life has been taken from me.
It could just be a little thing,
A small problem, a small solution.
But no.
I can make guesses,
How could I live out my life now?
I have nothing to live for.
My life is an open book now,
To anyone who wants it.
They can steal, impersonate, and even embarrass my soul,
And everyone would think it was me.
Jake.
But no, it was not.
I can assure you this,
It is not me.
It was him,
That thief.
He stole my right to a body,
A right to communicate with them.
But that's all I wanted, to communicate.
Not anymore.
I cannot do anything.
So, in my usual self,

#include<iostream>

using namespace std;

int main()
{
   cout << "Goodbye, World" << endl;
}

Fellow Poets,

I went back to the central theme of how you feel if you had been hacked or if you were the one hacking.  One poem stuck out in particular.  Magdalena did the best job of evoking poetically how one might feel so violated by such an act.  I liked them like this:

1) Magdalena
2) Matt L
3) Tommie Lynn

Special mention:  V-Man, The Walrus, and Poetic Engineer.

Thanks to all the other poets who participated in the hacking competition.
