Monday found me lonely
Tuesday promised more
but lied

Wednesday gave fools gold hope
Thursday found me unconcerned

here again
looking for something
tired of everything old
Monday waits in anxiety's reign
change
breaking through
light creeping in
weak from this week
the cycle starts again always

Opportunity Knocks Only Once
We wake up sober everyday
after a complete rest
the sun rising
gives hope
today
Your whole day was busy
nothing left for worries
just another day
of work
done
Tomorrow
brings joyfulness
knowing we succeeded
keeping our love forever
despite the years of separation
Time
heals wounds
lingering in memories
opportunity knocks only once
take advantage until death arrives
Summer in my Island Paradise
White sandy beaches along shorelines
greet the weary travellers
upon their arrival;
relaxing moments
follow...
Swimming and other water activities
will keep you pre-occupied,
diving beyond depths
gives you
thrills.
Summer
gives energy
to dormant souls
long crippled and wasted,
while the whole world watches.
Relaxation,
complete tranquility,
abundant fresh seafood,
and treatment like royalty--
once in a lifetime experience!
