Neath the onion skin of tarot
a carrot rising pale mellow
deeper clarion calling
of memories when good fellow
a flavored midnight tongue
bestowed upon the bellows
with brows of life's longevity
too quiche to be defined
passing through echoes of time
from the shadow's gate
a distant echo falling
too stoned to feel the crow
neath the onion skin of tarot
The Angry Queen of Hearts
discarding Mother Earth

Yesterdeath Deep Clarion Calling
do you hear?
some kind of explosion
at the bottom of the frame
amidst the landscape
lost in space-time...
red like many bloods
spilling from the innocent
do you hear?
the tongues of some dogs
trying to heal the wounds...
the mouth of pop singers
bloated and uninteresting
and the songs with nothing
to say... sing... be silent...
do you hear?
some kind of explosion
at the bottom of the frame
amidst the landscape
lost in space-time...
red like many bloods
spilling from the innocent
do you hear?
the tongues of some dogs
trying to heal the wounds...
the mouth of pop singers
bloated and uninteresting
and the songs with nothing
to say... sing... be silent...
do you hear?

The Theater of War
*
Hurly-burly
early done
battle won
power mettlesome
bright metallic sounds deep
deeper
clarion calling trumpeters suffused
muted bells to haunts and habitations inward bound
windhowlers shriek
keyed piccolos pick carrion pockets deep
deeper
thunder distant darkly drums.

Within Silent Chambers, the Clarion Call
a clarion call from the depths of silence
echoing through soul's chambers
a shout from within, a beckoning voice
it seeks to inspire to guide to rejoice
come! lets dive into waters deep
into the ocean of many mysteries
there are sights waiting to be seen
wondrous secrets to be discovered
within dreams and infinite shades
lay you may, but not reside
venture to the unknown unafraid
forget the clock on your bedside.
