A cautionary tale

I came here to write.
She came, she saw, she pilfered;
account turned to dust.

Copycat; Haiku chain

To cut and to paste
will never seem a disgrace
calling it your work

Hope nobody sees
that a cheater gets acclaim
will justice prevail?

 A fines, just a joke
a lobotomy, request
for each bloody pest

Purloined

I dig your poem.
that’s why I am stealing it.

Word regurgitation

He devoured her words,
opened up a blank new page;
spewed them up as his.

Delusional Confusion

Mix some classic rap
with memes and statesmen's words;
all my own work, right?

And here we have it folks--the results are in:

Honoria gets the trophy--completely cracked me up with your haiku!  That needs to be on t-shirts, everywhere
Wafflenose and Casted Runes are runner ups, but stellar job, everyone--you're all winners!

Rew--wanted to mention that your haiku about Shakespeare brought to mind, a theory that's out there that Sir Francis Bacon was actually the author of Shakespeare's works, and writing under his name.  Here's one site, but there are a number of others that delve into it as well, and it makes one wonder, because Shakespeare's whole family including his children, were all illiterate , so how could just he, have all this word and writing knowledge?   Interesting stuff to ponder upon:

Thanks for playing, plagiairsm haiku, everyone!
