Tax Season
Ah, 'tis upon us
once again-- tax time...
Yes, the period where we peasants
get penalized
if we don't submit them
by the deadline
yet...
"they" get no recourse
for not sending out our forms
and summaries
by "their" deadline
of January 31st.
It's like Russian Roulette
wondering if you'll get a refund
or pay in.
Perhaps we can defund the IRS ?
Can I get receipts for everything
the government has spent my money on?
-- It must be for a worthy cause, right
since they've needed so much of it
over the years ?
One can daydream, though
of how different life would be
if refunded every penny
ever paid in
since getting taxed in the first place
however many years ago.

i write all the time
frustrated at all the worlds cries
how i wish they'd all disappear
then i think... damn I'm one of those fuckers
maybe i have been too harsh
too standoffish
but trying is also a bitch
so fuck them, and fuck it
i have a smile on my face
it is to fool those that might think
that i am a kind man
but deep down I'm over the bull crap
rather just take a bat
bash a couple heads
the next time someone brings up politics
i want money and bitches galore
be a selfish fuck that always fucks
and piss on those below
as it is it just wasn't in the cards
and i was born with regard
so here i am a simple chap
who spills his feels that gets him no where
oh how it sucks to care
