The flow is perfect, spot on. It is impossible to read without following the spurt of the protagonist. Nice and necessary.

The system is screwed up. I find your write to be exactly correct as to the way this country is run. People need there meds for whatever reason to be able to hold or even get a job. It is a mess. Love the last line "GET IN THE FUCKING LINE"
