Raindrops Of Luv
stillness of the night captures my thoughts
as I stroll down a darkened ally to home
not even a meow from a fluffy furred kitten
stars in a black sky are motionless
purple moon has faded to a soft romantic glow
clouds softly weep warm rain kisses
a beautiful sign your thinking of me
with each raindrop luv drips upon my skin
sweet hymn I hear as they tap the window
I hold my tongue out to catch each one
feeling your kisses as I lick my lips
sweet raindrops comforting my spirit
as the soft raindrops brings memories of you

This is so sweetly and movingly romantic (a Flower specialty) but your sense of humor adds a light touch. There's the fluffy kitten in the first stanza then, towards the end, you catch luv's raindrops on your tongue. They just keep falling on my head, the curse of Burt Bacharach. Better than a hurricane I suppose. Excellent work Flower! I always love your weather.
