Customize the suffering
To fit your own twisted needs
Tug on your haunted stitches
Just to feel yourself bleed
The ink, a tribute to pain
Reach when there's nothing to gain
A demon in the mirror
Held back by shards, restrained
It's pushing
It's screaming
Behind closed eyes
Brutal and teeming
The weight of the world
Failing to live
Bleeding you dry when
There's nothing more to give
The ghosts of the past
Never have been
Satisfied but when
You fail to live again
There are devils in the glass
Peering back at you, they laugh
The hope threatens to shatter
When the roses are dashed
On the rocks of storm swept shores
The beast will come through the door
A lover with thorns poisoned
In veins wasted and torn
You're pushing
You're screamIng
Against the wall
Broken and bleeding
I want to watch you fucking crawl
The weight of the world
Failing to live
Bleeding you dry when
There's nothing more to give
The ghosts of the past
Never have been
Satisfied but when
You fail to live again
I am the tempter
I have what you need
Deliver misfortune
Promise empty hands
I offer you the world
That you can destroy
Just leave you in darkness
And you love me for it
The vices are calling
Whispers turn to screams
I'll take away the pain
With a smile and a lie
I am your enemy
The weight of the world

This poem is great. I especially like the part "there are Devils in the glass peering back at you, they laugh"
