THE LIGHT B4 THE SHOW:

"So ya, thought ya, might like to go to the show?  To feel the warm thrill of confusion, that Space Cadet glow."

Ignore the above, it's just what came to mind after reading.

Intriguingly enchanting. It would seem to capture the essence of a fleeting moment now passed into personal history.

Is there a reason you repeated the title within the poem itself?  I personally don't think this is necessary, the title is part of the poem after-all.

You captured it in it's fullest. I like the first part of your comment so it's cool. If u mean the title being at the top was just having difficulty with getting it from computer to post. The other was just what came to mind in the depths of my thoughts as I was writing. I used the b4 rather than the longer form before because it seemed to capture a hurried moment better.

As somebody else pointed out the quote from the first part of my original  comment is from a Pink Floyd song.  It's just what came to mind after reading your poem, not that it's necessarily related per se.

Anyway, I don't have a problem with the "B4", it's just that you have the line "THE LIGHT B4 THE SHOW:" twice.  I figured it was probably a "posting from smart phone" issue or something but I wasn't sure.

So call me blind but I'm not sure what this poem is about. I think it's good but hard for me to find the meaning.

I know it's not at all related to pink Floyd. I was just pointing out that you had said a pink Floyd quote. I love pink Floyd<3

D.B. seemed to capture the poem as mentioned.It had to do with a personal moment gone but learned from. The title issue was technical difficulties (took me a few times to get it to post without loosing it all over again) For the Pink Floyd reference that was the furtherest thing from my mind at the time when I wrote it however a huge amount of confusion still filled the air so when those words were paired with it after the fact it seemed quite fitting. After all whenever I do hear Pink Floyd I hear a man who was lost in a world only some would come to understand. He is awesome by the way. (Seems many of us on here can relate).
