Aloof
You can seem quite aloof because you stand
With hand upon your hip and your eyes closed
But he has only to utter commands
And you will be quite pleased to have disclosed
The secrets in your head as you descend
You do not need a lift or escalator
There are no stairs to step down, as the end
Of your descent’s the floor, where it is more
Than enough for a girl to love the place
That she’s been told to make her very own;
And with a further gesture, have the grace
To slowly take her top off – don’t disown
The freedom that this gives you to give proof:
No matter how you stand: you’re not aloof.
That she’s been told to make her very own;
And with a further gesture, have the grace
To slowly take her top off – don’t disown
The freedom that this gives you to give proof:
No matter how you stand: you’re not aloof.
