Lost and Found

Somewhere along the way
we lose our way,
from here to there.

With forks,
Y's,
dead-ends,
and sudden bends
we misplace our roots,
and forget where we've been.

Let us not forget where we've been.
Let us remember the stars,
for they know who we are.
Hold insight the heart of heart lends.

Never are we ever
where we should not be.
A road that's chosen needs then to be seen.
Wrongs turns,
and alleyways,
flood our winding streets.
In the end, my not lost friend,
is the destination we all meet.

Enjoy the journey.
Learn routes from roots.
Be aware of where you are
then ready the sails for a voyage afar.
When you're "lost"
you re-find who you are.
