'ill-at-Ease' on planet Earth(in Human Skin)

ill
at
ease......such a favored phrase,or
is
it   a    phase of phasing
                    out,
              (in? this
                      ironfist(ulan)
              hegemony
   where each/every body
t'be dicktater o'er each-one-else...a bit
of    tactile      confusement   for
     every
         big wing ding'ling
                 flyin south for winter
                      wit moneybag scrotum
                                     a'swingin
          thru thee jetstream
         (wow, watta vapor'trail!).......

so the tale was told(in it's telling), of
        thee/thy/thou Sacred Heart
         bein'like 40% dead...give or take
                     a few per'cents),
whilst all manner of judgment considers itself
             as law

(no more no more)much more thee tab'lets, p'ills,
       (of me'decines' madness) viciously
think to cure all yr vicious man-or-lady
                 malady,
  o'good, so good thee positive think'lings &
            smilefacey advertings to/for
              conkerin death, cannot see
         their own paradox brownstreakt
                           u n d e r
                             wheres, fixin
         to be such betterdeeper fixer'uppers.

such Ways-of-(Human)-W'ill (a bit way-too-many)
       arterial
flittering (involuntary, by my-own-fault)silly
                                 equiliberant's
suckin wee's own big titty money bags...

wha'more can a fckn flutterheart do amidst it's own
            prosperity?
