Tequila Sunset

Driving in a stolen car
Recovering from a sordid past
So drop into the Last Chance bar
And order up some Cuervo fast

One two three shots going down
Feel the spread of liquid gold
Not as many sorrows left to drown
Or prevent you from waxing bold

Just check out that vision dressed in black
The one with black hair and emerald eyes
She just might cut you some slack
And admit you between those thighs

So wander over, drop your name
And offer her your smoothest smile
She can't seem to guess your game
But still claims to likes your style

But she says her name's Enigma Rose
And that kind of rings a bell
But that hard on throbs and grows
And will defy the fires of Hell

She takes your matter well in hand
A caress from this fatal muse
It's with her you'll make your final stand
And find deliverance from those blues.
