Plucked by a long, firm, familiar hand
He was waiting, watching, admiring behind
Her, having made this trip
Valuable, spending
Time
Moments
Invested, combined
Together, conversation, passion
Thick, drops form, soon appearing outside

Extraordinary rhythm, just right, capturing the crowded rounds of the luggage carousel and the inner luggage of hope and desire. Airports are so restless, claustrophobic and constantly deferring release to the expanding oases imagined just outside an airport's imprisoning doors.
