How is it that i
should allow my spouse to rip
out parts of my mind

press... is stopping her so wrong?

some woman's notebooks
getting washed by a boy friend
or spouse is so wrong
but i'm evil because i
won't let my spouse delete stuff?

if my wife is mad
she can write it to tell me
and not tear my broken mind

I would advice her..." let him go and if he never return he was never yours in the first place if he does forgive him and either take him back or give him his severance papers."

she gets hurt...

You write out your feelings. Pour it on paper/screen. Its the only way. And don't let her read because you are getting all that hurt too. You can't heal if you are cut regularly.
