Rough Medley: A Few Rough Lines from the Notebook Pages (Filler)
shivers in the moon tide
fever to the night wane
devil on the city glow
figures of the cloud stray
silence to the star wind
menace in the thread bare
changes of the mind way
toking past the thresh hold

two minds on coke and acid
look at the same object
and raise it without touching it.
first levitation on stage...
police arrive
two black sedans slide away...
the fuhrer takes another pill,
turns and walks away from the grand window...
orders are made, maps brought out
the party is over.

don't real the feel for a meal
and don't fight the night for a light!
don't stance the dance for a trance
and don't miss the kiss for a piss!

an urchin and the heiress on the couch...
when you mix the mild with the wild,
you beget the Temperate Child...
a vagrant and the captain at the bar...
when you fix the rust with the shine,
you beget the Forgotten Sign...
a killer and the saviour by the road...
when you nix the ghost with the face,
you beget the Hidden Place...

the deception of my opiate hiccups
left them in their pickups
they thought i was drunk
but i was not
i shine when they rot
my mind is clear
when theirs has shrunk
my gaze is rigid
when they slip into the liquid
and i am still high
long after they die

Wasn't too sure what to post in this, just took about 10 or so choices and condensed it down to the posted above.

Thanks many. I often have a few gazillion small pieces which just aren't valid enough to take up an entire webpage on their own, I wouldn't be able to sleep at night by doing so, so this way I've found is a good platform to include such work. I've seen a few others do similarly on the site as well, but heck, there just aren't any rules here, anything goes... however your fervency flows...
