Veiled
I tread
illustriously
upon his
liquidity
until I found
the beauty of his
eyes.
In them I saw
my heart & soul
personified as a
cleansing and healing
was he
for me
as we're both
battle scarred
and wounded.
I was delicately
bound
upon his wondrous
sweet mess
unable to move
sideways
whilst he penetrated
my every thought.
Triggering moments
sublime
in the depths
of all his divine
suspended in heightened
levitation
amongst the debris
and deliberation.
Submerged within
his hearts
gravitation
and my soft
lips melted his hardened
heart
whilst he immersed me
in the depths of his
deep waters blue.
He unveiled his
kaleidoscope
of glorious
hues whilst his gaze
felt like home as we
traded tales whilst setting
sail
upon the motion of
unfettered lovers devotion.
Revelling in the binded
never blinded
to what exists
below the core of his
simmering thoughts
bubbling to the fore
as I loved to explore
the essence of his
heart's core.

There is a lot to like in this poem. particularly the final stanzas, but please forgive me for finding the first stanza distinctly offputting. I just could not understand it, no matter how vaguely. Which is a pity as the phrase about finding the beauty of his eyes is a fine one.
