Gripping ... This immediately took me to the brutal fights my mom & dad would have at times. Sometimes I'd try to stop it, at others I'd just disengage.

Thank you I wrote it to remind myself my opinion is not wNted where it is not needed and getting dragged in to other arguments will just make everything more difficult
