The (im) perfect family

A perfect family
A mother a father
A son and a daughter
They can't believe
How much they've conceived
Lying right through there teeth
I know I'm that son
Lying to everyone
When the day is done
He's in his room
Sticking knifes to his skin
And telling everyone he's just
Naturally thin
During the day he's got to hide
Because he know no one will
Be on his side
When he tells them instead of girls
He likes guys
He lies to himself saying he'll
Tell them tomorrow
He knows they'll accept him
But it will still upset them
What will that do to the perfect family.
