Cancer
I miss it all ,
I could of waded through all the shit for you ,
But when the going got twisted I left like the others,
Ours was a bitter sweet love depraved of human decency and remorse for one another,
Yet still it was our love and I would crawl back crying if only for a moment of that sweet sad look in those eyes scared by the world ,
But it's gone never to return your long gone happy in anothers arms like you were in mine just months ago,
I'm alone and sad no one to care no one to hear as it should be I suppose I didn't see how special our sad little romance was...

Tatters
I haven't felt that innocent floating feeling in over two years ,
A taste a singular hit now and again barley keeping me alive yet leaving me acheing for more ,
Those eyes again and again all of different varieties stabbing my inner peace ripping me apart from my core simply to grasp the words ,
To hear me gasp for air in hope this time I'll get that so desired fix of the sweet inocent Romance of my previous years after speaking the words and them saying it back eagerly,
They don't mean it,
No matter how loud no matter how often it's not with pure intent it's for...

Sublime vibes
The music goes on and on into the day ,
Every drum beat ,
Every word sung ,
Every breakdown ,
All making the room lighter,
A hue of green joy filtering how we see,
Everything is just so happy ,
Good vibrations flying through my body,
Just smile and sing along for hours ,
No harm in being this happy ,
Just good vibes for better times!👍

OBSERVATIONAL POEM

There and gone
Just yesterday it seemed I was at the fair with friends mid summer life couldn't be higher ,
Summer flew through like a fucking .50 caliber round threw the barrel in the air heading towards some unsuspecting victim ,
It was august we headed to the beach was great the grit of the cheap hotel room that smelled of piss, the cultural differences and diversity this all for a boy in Kentucky,
Then I turn around and I'm in a hammock in the woods swaying feeling the high off of some good smoke and the essence of nature as I hide from WiFi and the world for just a few days , ...

UPBEAT INSPIRATIONAL POEM

Simple things like rain
The fuzzy soft emotion all around our heads as it falls ,
Each a small ocean as it splashes the surface making its own sound effects ,
No music at all can replicate this ,
Then shaking appears as it goes on its tracks ,
Tracks made by men rest on their backs,
Both sounds so rhythmic in swing,
one by nature so soft an weak ,
Other by man shaking the earth power Elite ,
Both touch the ground not set to delete,
But to simpley aid the plants ,
Or human plans to complete,
Machines, nature , all are the same ,
For us people see them as such so who...

Burning quickly
The feeling burning deep in my throat and lungs doesn't matter for long ,
The pain quickly numbed after a few more plumes of smoke leave my mouth like a chimney,
The dizzy filter on reality follows shortly after,
Moving slowly like a dance with your first love every time simply because you wear a constant smile ,
The pain in your heart is muffled by the high as you prance around whimsically in the moment only experiencing it rather than worrying so damn much,
And in good company you never miss a beat,
Walking into the scene like seeing a sideshow attraction of...

Black cotton shirt
All black clothes feel most comfortable,
The music from past generations in my ear,
Teenage angst Is a hell of a drug as I wallow in this den ,
Lights off candles burning,
poetry of the macabre written on coffee stained pages of a note book ,
I take it in with every hit becoming more cynical for no good reason,
Oh how lovey are these dead flowers on my table reminding me of the outside.

Rum
I sit here still laughing the night away as she burns my insides,
Cheap , only eight dollars for her to stay for a day or more ,
Oh darling take it all away from me the thoughts of yesterday,
Love,a cruel feeling I get too hard and fast tho she makes it seem alright when with me,
Her smooth curves feel like wonder in my hand as I pour her down ,
My heart ,head and body scream for just one more shot so as to feel a complete loss of control.
Only if she loved me back and wouldn't leave me as soon as she does everytime leaving me crying , thirsty alone with my thoughts...
Cheap , only eight dollars for her to stay for a day or more ,

Sunday after the storm
In tears I laid before you as id given it my all,
your dark thoughts fight against mine for hours until they find common ground to which to settle,
laying once more together we wake smiling after six or more hours spent so sweetly entwined ,
I rustle your short hair to and fro seeing a grin of pure bliss spread across your lips ,
knowing this is what you need as i kiss you occasionally on the cheek ,
no talking needed just breath and warmth the feeling of non-responsibility for anything else in those moments ,
why say the words aloud when I'm already showing it,...

Bare mattress
You left hours ago, yet I still feel you, your scent covers me , I can't help but want you back in my arms , tonight I shall sleep cold without you, my pulse will stop as my veins freeze in your absence, finding myself lonely screaming at the moon like a wolf ,screaming till I can't find anymore breath ,breath that just the day before was hard against yours in moments immortal in my head to which you are currently dancing oh how it taunts, having me like a teenage opium addict begging for more

You told me fuck off leave you be , I've done spent 4 days a drinking for the pain you done to me , I've smoked till time had no purpose , drank till I feel like a fish, and honey baby oh oh so sweet darling only wishing for you to be free as I'm downin cheap rum that taste of our last kiss and I do not wish this shit on anybody as I sink into the seat
