malaka-malakia(greek) It's a very common word used to describe sth or someone very stupid but literally it means brain damage (a second meaning is someone who's masturbating.)Greeks often call their friend malaka instead of his name-with no offense!
I'm sorry if it sounds offensive in any way but if you visit Greece, you will hear it many times

akhi       ----- Arabic --- a word meaning "brother."  

It's more powerful than "sadiq"  (friend)  or "habibi"  (my love).

I lived in the Gulf region for four years, and only one person ever referred to me as "akhi"

Lee Bway: Creole word for little boy (mostly used by young adults and adults)

Those are more or less in general, it mainly matters on the tone u use it with.
