Random story.... I was in a bar in NYC with some friends, drinking heavily with two buddies, one from Buffalo and the other from Brooklyn, they were brothas, they did some serious time together. I was heavily intoxicated walking around telling these two guys how pissed I was, which in Australia is slang for being totally drunk, but these two guys thought I wanted to start a fight, because pissed in America has a totally different meaning, being slang for feeling anger towards someone.
Anyway, lucky another Aussie heard what was going on and helped defuse the situation by translating my pleasure to be drinking with these guys. English ain't plain English wherever you go.

Or you could have any no-shows, be the ones who get eliminated in the rounds. That sort of kills the vote process a bit, but seems only fair, and the group remainders get another chance at a fair shot.
