When I get to the submit part it brings up this error nothing to process. Please upload an image

works fine for me on 2 laptops, a blackberry, and  Android

question though, I have 2 comps running and I can only see one?
but I see that one twice, I looked through the first 5 pages of comps and if it lies beyond those then maybe moving it ahead of all those pages of closed comps would be beneficial.
