I don't know about this...

Look I think you have a truthful name that is easily remembered and uni-sex.
Besides changing your name means having your initials changed with bureaucracy such as banks etc. (I'm to lazy to stand in the cues)

Yes I think keep your awesome name...

"Little Old Me"

Mind you maybe not, could be considered ageist...

Change it to...

"Little Me"

Awesome no prejudice in it (you could claim the "O" in your initials is that Oliver or Oscar or any other thing)

Besides "Little Me" is famous... movies and everything!

That's it!

"Little Me"!
or Little Other Me! if you need the "O" in the correspondence of the future.

Grats on this btw!

Myself, I recently went through the whole process of getting my name officially changed to what is now my new name: Kara Lucielle Pythiana. I had deeply personal as well as spiritual reasons for this. I'm super happy it is over and done with now... that took practically forever to get through! Never was a fan of long and drawn out stuff like that... but it is very liberating to now have a name that, for a long time now, I have felt was my "true" name. My old name, Jessica Jennifer Ashton, kind of left a bad taste in my mouth since the last name was my family's and I never felt like I belonged to them in the first place... and the rest of that name, the reasons I had chosen it to begin with seemed a thing of the past to me at this point in my life. Me, in my heart, mind, and soul I have always been Kara... so to have that made official now makes me feel like a whole new woman! *Smiles* :)
