I Have Dreams About How I Die..There Not Peaceful Deaths,There Usually Me Commiting Suicide,I Use To Think That I Wanted To Die An Old Women In My Bed While I Was Asleep,But I've Thought About It More And More And I'd Probably Die By Suicide
Surprise surprise....all the poets want to die by suicide...cliche' motherfuckers.
What happens is you get sick, you go to the doctor who says "you look pretty sick", does tests, sends you to hospital, they start treatment and then before you know it you've been in there for months and you're too sick to leave....so you die months after that, alone and hopeless....not a hint of poetry in you.
What it requires, to avoid this, is big nuts. When the doctor says "we've got the tests results", you have to refuse treatment, pack your shit and make an end-date plan. To remind you how hard it is, most people die in hospitals, despite almost everyone saying that they don't want to.
