I prefer a poem that tells a story. Not the easiest to write but certainly some of the most beautiful.

It's probably love poems for me too. I like the cryptic ones you have to piece together to form an idea rather than the 'you are my world, baby girl' crap.

I like the self poems and the demented view we all see ourselves... because it's much more interesting the the drab people you run into on a day to day.... that all they have to discuss is their pet, child, TV show, sports game or what ever else the so called normal people waste their minds on as living. by the way my kid is awesome and love my dogs
