caressing skin
soaked
into
the pours
of your love
drip majestic
beats
of melodies
made in heavenly
tunes
and harpsichords
soft angelic
lips
wrap
full
wordless
love
in their embrace
magnificent
taste
felt
in the depth
of
no-where-land
for a
mindless
moment
the truth
is felt
not heard
your
soft voice
confirms
sentiments
wisely
with just one word
Loved

Ahhh, Zazzles, I have but one first place trophy and, alas, tis for the longest poem I've written. Tis so long, in fact, it will not fit here. I can, however, provide the trophy and the link to it if that's acceptable, luv.

Everything i drop should get a trophy lol damn let me think ....... Well if it's night time where you are read this as a lullaby ........................
Mommy will draw ... them
ohhh
hush
lil baby
don't you cry
mommas gonna sell you
again tonight
and if that
pretty dress
don't fit
mommy will draw them
a landing strip
a place in space
your mind will go
so
the tears can
dig them a comfort zone
and when your cries
fall on deaf ears
3b will see you
in a few years
medication
amphetamine floats
turning demons
into ghosts
but when that high
starts to fade
the men who raped you
reveal their face
stained glass cleansing
dope hope toast
too mommy who taught me
yes means no
so
hush
lil baby
don't you cry
just buy another sack
so you can get high.

I hope I'm not late. Here's my only gold-bringer.
California
Love never plagued him;
he called himself free:
he called himself so
until he heard her speak.
Really, love was a monster
with hands in her hair;
it had claws in her scalp
that injected greed there.
She said "California"
in syllable-sand;
had him over her shoulder,
her next fourth-floor man.
His home, had it been one,
he left all alone;
he farewelled the shambles
and memory-stones
with hands holding nothing
but dreams, knuckles stricken,
a lighter, a smoke,
and a lottery ticket.
His train left the station
at ten twenty-nine;
"Meet me in the city,"
her lovely lips pined;
her words filled the terrible
space in his mind,
so the demons hid well
or the poor man was blind.
The night came and went,
all she said it would be:
here, our friend dozes warm
while the wild woman sings -
little tones that could give
Phobetor pleasant dreams;
so he sank into sleep
by the hotel TV.
A few wicked numbers
flashed into her eyes
from the screen made a herald;
she shed her disguise.
Her hand killed the volume
and silently snatched
up the numbers he held
with a sleep-lazy grasp.
Not even a shiver;
not even a gasp
touched the breast of the girl;
just a soft, wicked laugh
broke the sheet of the night
and the silence therein
that, his eyes to the morning,
now blanketed him.
The bed by him empty,
his fortune miles gone;
the man found the silence
so numbing and wrong,
but the void by the balcony
sang a sweet song,
and he heard: California
kills even the strong.

I AM OK.
Was Jesus an impersonator or the original son of the creator
Did he steal ones name then get all the credit and fame
Lying about, Hanging about, Wandering about
The stuff he was saying, no wonder we still have heaps of doubt
Maybe he could tell a sensational bedtime story
If so, did he copyright it all and will he sue for defamation
Or was he just like the rest and after all the worlds glory
Inside hiding the real source of all his information
All things come and go, like World Leaders, Empires, Big Bang Theories & Co
He went on trial, then got lucky, then had groupies following him along the Nile
Do you think he will bother to give us a call
Before he comes backdown to judge us all
Gee time flies when you believe in yourself
Hope I'm still here if he returns, to at least defend myself
Jesus Christ, Oh my God, God just spoke to me. Looks like I'm the chosen one
He said get ready and wait for his text, for I'm up next
For has anyone bothered to do a family tree search
If you did, you'd know dad had more than just one son
We have the same DNA as mum but dad emptied his spirit in not just one bowl
So next time you hear the almighty word from ones mouth
Listen carefully from deep inside ones own memory soul
Remember your parents advice when you were a young youth
Because all creatures born on earth
Should instantly know, what their meaning of life entails
So don't ever think you are the chosen black sheep in your family's fairytales
Live your life, Fly like a bird, Just be Happy and Free and be ONE with your creator.

Congrats! russiamagda on your work in this best of challenge.
Many thanks Zazzles for not only hosting this, but more importantly for being the turnkey in writing my entry not so long ago. I recently submitted the piece for inclusion in a poets' showcase and got word a few nights ago I was selected (with 7 others) to present to an audience of about 200 in a few months. I'm psyched!
So thanks again! bc I wouldn't have written MARSHA MARSHA MARSHA without you!

All these works are worthy of an anthology. Thanks for posting the comp, Zazzles.
