It was a beautiful relationship while it lasted but it turned ugly soon after especially when she started to nag him about money.
In his bid to fight her they lost their house, their car and their respect for each other as they didn't care what they said as long as it hurt the other.

Forward men, he said and he moved forward himself to keep the good name of the family and to fight the fight from the front or somewhere near like a good king should
the enemy were frightening the front-men to tears and the giant elephants were squashing scores with each foot-fall
[it ends like that so to leave it open for the Die hard Inc to buy it and make some sequels ....ooh fingers crossed]

He held her hand, so small, so like her mother's, and said "yes little-bee, the guns might see her. She knows that, but she will try anyway, because we need her to". He waited, heard the hard crack of those terrible guns, turned, and in one motion grabbed her head and spun it, the crack of her neck a tiny thing, then laid her down and rose to his feet, never looked back, walked toward the guns, to end it.
