Damn. Hands down, i thought this was a great read and perfect "fit" for the comp, the forum and site.
Mr. Case once again demos how to do difficult subject matter, this time w/ unexpected humor and an eerie bit of panache.  kudos.

Brilliant write from a brilliant writer! For a lot of reasons I didn't even want to read this thread - but figured alls fair in a free society ... Mr. Case's work absolutely floored me!
