"One"
I don't want to crush
on someone here.
I might find myself
In complex entanglements
From far away in my residence.
It would feel lovely to love
And wonderful to share wonders
With one who digs poetry as myself.
Even though there is not one,
I'm not saying that there will never
Be one.

IN WHISPERING FORESTS
She walks in shadows
Beneath the mourning moon
Whispering secrets of below
As the candles flicker in the gloom
Impatiently, I wait
To again hear her voice
Those wicked tales beyond the gate
Of spirits dangerous and coy
Tragic love songs of obsession
As the needle threads its way through tapestries of doom
Foretold in nights of submission
In whispering forests, fallen leaves cover the tomb
Like a wraith in the night
Her words still visit me
Hallucinations in goblets
Her words carry on shivering trees
Insanity awaits
In tales of such grandeur
Made from nightmares, she will create
Spin me a yarn of such danger
The tell-tale hearts of damnation
Pounding under floors of deep seated anguishing gloom
For me there is no salvation
As I set ablaze another wick to read of doom

Never have and never will
Have not desired a poet or his lines
So crushing on a poet? My interest is nil

Searching for Myths in the Doldrums
when I wake
every day is just a
duplicated carbon copy
of others that have
came and went
chores beget
torrents of thoughts
that brew to be penned
and beseech to be seen
my days succumb
to a listless darkness
and uneven slumber
just to do it again
some days I just want
to chase rainbows;
decipher and devour
each other's words
to spite the gold beneath
when I wake

Watching from afar with big eyes of innocence
As she writes words of wonder
seeped in sense and seduction
Deepness and darkness
sometimes accompanied by intoxicating tones.
And while these webs were displayed
and others commented on the weave
I timidly drank them in
An unknown voyeur to the sultry perfomances.
Yet for all her talk of sex and violence
and other such drugs or depravity
To simply listen to those lips
and voyage in her eyes would be enough.
The time has gone and she is married
so any flowers of professing love have wilted.
But still the sweet sense of the words remains,
As hard and constant as an iron collar.

is the worst thing I can do
but in the cliché-est form of
human temptation
I'm guilty to say that I'm only
human
though I admit
to gawking on your profile pic(s)
to tracing your every poetic line
to stroking your every poetic verse
I would never want my actions
to be mistaken as poetic perverse
I'm just a fan, and you need to understand
that when you stab your keyboard into this place
and make your beautiful essence known,
it's not that easy to just log off

Touched by Midas' hands
Leave me breathless and confused
Unable to write a single line
That holds one simple lie
I cannot find
Exactly where she sprung from
Except my dreams
And that place of Yearning

She is Heaven
But do not tell her I wrote this ode
To her beauty

"Delete" means that someone decided to remove their post/entry, and in order to get it to submit with the edited change, you need to type something in it's place, be it a word or a few characters.

Wide, dark-needled halo
All your love in vein
Passion sting in poppy
Razor sharp the rain
Lullabies sung nightly,
whispers on your scream.
Black hearts in white noises
Silver angels’ dream
Had to look away, friend,
Let my prayers fly
like breast-beating dove wings.
I won't watch you die.
My voice shivers, desp’rate,
drowning in your tears.
Crushed heart on your table.
Breathe it in, my dear.
All your love in vein
